At TOP SELECTION EXPORT PRIVATE LIMITED, we facilitate secure, standard, and highly optimized international trade operations. This Shipping and Trade Policy outlines our export guidelines, delivery terms, loading ports, and customs workflows.

1. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

We offer standard international trade options to accommodate our global clients' logistics networks:

  • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver the container to the Indian loading port and complete customs export clearance. The buyer manages ocean freight and destination customs.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We arrange container shipping and transit insurance to the destination port specified by the buyer.
  • CFR (Cost & Freight): We handle shipping to the destination port, but transit insurance is managed by the buyer.

2. Primary Ports of Dispatch

Our primary export operations are managed out of major container ports on India's eastern and southern coastlines for swift sea route access:

  • Tuticorin Port (V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust)
  • Chennai Port
  • Visakhapatnam (Vizag) Port

3. Export Documentation Provided

We supply a complete professional set of export documentation for clean port-of-entry clearance in your country:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L - Telex Release or Original)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (verifying pest-free agricultural status)
  • Certificate of Origin (CoO)
  • Fumigation Certificate

4. Order Lead Times

Our typical container preparation time is 10-15 working days from the receipt of advance payment and order confirmation in cleared funds. This includes sourcing verification, quality testing, container loading, road transport to the port, and export customs clearance.

5. Sample Sourcing Policy

We support our partners by supplying physical samples (Coir Fiber and Coco Peat) for laboratory evaluation before contracting. Please note:

  • Standard samples are provided, subject to verification of business profile.
  • Buyers are responsible for actual international air courier delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). We can use your corporate courier account if provided.
